[#31012] Upgrade to a Later Version of Microsoft Office and Continue Working with the Word Add-In

You want to install a later version of Microsoft Office. To continue working with the Citavi Word Add-In after upgrading, please take the following steps:
  1. Uninstall the Word Add-In using the Citavi Setup (see steps below)
  2. Uninstall the version of Office you've been working with up until now.
  3. Install the new version of Office.
  4. Install the Word Add-In again using the Citavi setup (see steps below).
Uninstall the Word Add-In:
  1. Open the Windows Control Panel.
  2. Click Programs and Features.
  3. Select Citavi 4, and then click Change. The Citavi Setup starts.
  4. Click Next, then select Modify and click Next again.
  5. Click the symbol next to Word Add-In and then select This feature, and all subfeatures, will not be available.
  6. Click Next and continue through the Setup.
Install the Word Add-In:
  1. Open the Windows Control Panel.
  2. Click Programs and Features.
  3. Select Citavi 4, and then click Change. The Citavi Setup starts.
  4. Click Next, then select Modify and click Next again.
  5. Click the symbol next to Word Add-In and then select This feature, and all subfeatures, will be installed on local hard drive.
  6. Click Next and continue through the Setup.
